Scan. Pay. Wash. (No App Required)
Pay at the machine by scanning the QR code. No app required.
- Choose a machine — Select an available washer or dryer and choose your cycle on the touch screen.
- Scan the QR code — Use your phone to scan the QR code on the front of every machine.
- Pay and start — Pay at the machine, add detergent if needed, and press start. You’re good to go.
Use the Speed Queen App (& earn rewards points!)
Option 2
The Speed Queen App lets you pay from your phone and receive cycle notifications.
First Steps
- Download the Speed Queen App from the App Store or Google Play
- Select your Speed Queen Laundry store by entering the 6-digit location pin "QLL907"
- Select Sign Up or Log In and follow the steps to set up your Speed Queen Laundry account.
- Enter the verification code from your email into the app to complete setup.(Check spam or junk folders if needed)
Adding Money
- To add money to your Speed Queen account, select “Your account balance” in the app and choose a payment method: credit or debit card, Apple Pay®, or add funds in-store with credit, debit or cash*.
Starting Machines
- Load your machine and add detergent. Select Washer or Dryer in the app and enter the machine number or scan the QR code on the machine.
- Tap Next, and choose the desired settings on the machine. Select Continue and Pay, followed by pressing Start on the machine.
Notification
- Choose to allow notifications via text, email or push to get a reminder of cycle completion.
